Using social media doesn’t have to be difficult. Choose to have a presence on the key sites, such as Facebook and Twitter, and updates can be fairly quick to plan and execute. You just need to remember to post regularly, and make it something worthwhile to the customer. Answer their questions, or help them solve an issue they might have.
